Role Objective:
To ensure systematic monitoring, reconciliation, follow-up, and timely realization of receivables arising out of supplies made to Government institutions and through distributors, strictly in compliance with tender terms and contractual conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Receivable Monitoring
Maintain institution-wise and distributor-wise outstanding statements.
Track payments against invoices, rate contracts, and tender supply orders.
Prepare ageing analysis and highlight overdue accounts.
Invoice & Documentation Compliance
Ensure submission of complete and accurate documentation as per tender conditions (invoice copies, supply challans, inspection reports, e-way bills, etc.).
Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to rectify discrepancies raised by institutions.
Government Payment Follow-Up
Regular follow-up with Government institutions, medical colleges, corporations (UPMSCL, TNMSCL, etc.), and other procurement bodies.
Monitor portal-based payment systems and bill tracking mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (TDS, LD, penalties, etc.).

Required Competencies:
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
